I wish for my father to go to my sisters (per her saying) or a home to get the care he needs for dementia with anger outbursts and onset of Alzheimer’s. My mother can no longer take care of him and they are refusing help from other family. This is for safety of all and an urgency.

I wish I can lose weight faster because I'm disastisfied of what I look like in the mirror and also I feel less confident in my body shape, which makes me more anxious in socialising with people since I'm always concerned that other people might criticize me for my appearance, something that deeply concerned me.
