I Make a Wish is an independent community-expression website created in 2013. It gives visitors a public place to put a hope into words, discover what matters to people in different places and offer a simple vote of support.
What the website provides
The public wall organises anonymous wishes into themes such as health, love, peace, family, prosperity, birthdays and new beginnings. Visitors can write a wish, read community submissions, vote once per day and share a public link. A private deletion password allows the person who submitted a wish to remove it later.
Alongside the community wall, publisher-written guides explain how to write clearly, protect personal information and connect a hope with realistic action. Community submissions are personal expressions. They are not independently verified statements or professional advice.
What the website does not promise
No phrase, vote, payment, ritual or website can guarantee that a wish will come true. I Make a Wish does not provide medical, legal, financial or mental-health services. When a hope involves an important real-world decision, visitors should use reliable information and seek help from an appropriately qualified professional.
Privacy and moderation
Public wishes are displayed without a profile name. Visitors are asked not to include names, addresses, contact details or other identifying information inside a wish. Automated checks and later administrative review are used to reduce threats, harassment, explicit material, personal information, repeated spam and other unsuitable submissions. No automated system is perfect, so visitors can report concerns through the contact page.

I-MAKEAWISH.COM is an independent website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of the Make-A-Wish Foundation or any similarly named charitable organisation. It is a community and entertainment service, not a charity.
