I wish INSTANTLY i work out and exercise everyday for at least 30 minutes minimum. I get completely addicted to it FOREVER! I feel incredible after every workout and i get results so quickly. In the next 2 weeks i get a completely ripped and shredded body all muscle i look incredible. I have a six pack, big arms, big legs, muscly back, sexy v lines and a huge chest (MY CHEST DEFORMITY IS COMPLETELY COVERED IN MUSCLE AND NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN OR NOTICED). My body is the same as Jeff Seid and i am just as sexy FOREVER! I get fit so quickly and stay that way FOREVER!
