Every time I make a wish while wearing my best friends necklace, it will come true just as I'd like it to. I can make wishes for anyone and everyone. The wishes will only come true if I say them out loud while wearing the necklace and I can revert them if I want to. This will only work if I'm the one wearing the necklace.
