 I wish that my Achilles Tendons are regular length so that walking, running, and even standing is not painful to do. This includes never walking on my toes, which caused this problem (done it since birth) and its almost impossible to stop completely. I have always tried many methods to stretch them but to no avail. At this point, I'm desperate and not wanting to do surgery.
