I wish to permanently transform into a giant venomous snake and as I transform into a giant snake have my brain contort and shrink and become completely a giant venomous snake with no way of ever becoming human again and as a giant snake have the memories and personality of a giant venomous snake and have my old human memories and personality completely erased and fully replaced with the memories and personality of a giant venomous snake and fully and permanently be a giant venomous snake for the rest of my life and be a giant snake both physically and mentally permanently
