I wish to attain my dream body in 4 weeks so I can grow my confidence. My dream body consists of a small hourglass waist with flat abs wide hips and a thigh gap. I also want a smaller chest area with toned arms. While the wish is comoing into fruition I will be working out to achieve my dream body.
