I wish to not be so nervously shy scared and confused on what to do with a rapid heartbeat moving around so nervously comfortable in my bedroom,when people walk by me or not by me like my family members friends and people coming over to my houses on the holidays. Are when people call my grandmother on the phone when the phone is ringing out loud? When im laying down in my peacefully at night time in the morning around 5:00am though 6:00am even in the morning time. Doing things so fast automatically.
