 I wish to stop a grandmother mind be racing so much once at a time having so much things that will make her have a panic attack like wearing about putting oil in her truck or helping her daughter out with her problems? And her granddaughter or wearing about other people problems once at a time? And just need to take her time wearing about her own problems and wearing about her grandson and grandchildren as well that move away to California and Hawaii at the same time? But always saying i need to get away
