I can constantly maintain eye contact with some one or somebody remaing calmly to them as possible taking really deep’s breaths with a rapidly heartbeat up to 200 miles per hours. If they constantly keeps on doing it anyways when somebody or someone be telling them on what to do but be giving to them anyways if they are being very scared and frightened or terrified to cleaning up they room doing they chores watching they face brushing their teeth and hoping in the shower anyways.
