I wish that I can showing my rapidly heartbeat beating so fastly loudly and hardly pounding so panicking feeling shaking and nervously in my entire body that’s on me taking my medication or not taking my medication at. All or taking my sleeping pills or not taking my sleeping pills at all. Moving around a whole lot more every single day. With people allowing it to happen anyways like people in my family and from all around the world too. Letting me say anything bad about them speaking out my mind.
