I wish I am connected to my astral body and could remember everything that happens in the astral realm physically and spiritually. And I can hear, see, sense, and talk to my spirit family that i adopted and iyslia that are in the astral realm everyday, 24/7, freely without having to work on my energy or meditate and the results are really quick, fast and in an instant. And when they visit, i can see them and hear them physica;;y as well.
