I am ***** pillai from India age abt 50 yearsi am working in a private office for the past 17 yearsmy boss name is parimal chhapia, his age is 67 years he daily harasses me by shouting at me insulting me without reason, he derives pleasure by doing this. he his most of time hostile towards me. because of this nature of my boss i have started suffering from panic attacks. due to fear and nervousness, i sometimes make mistake in my work.my wish is that my boss parimal should always be kind to me and should not harass me mentally by shouting and insulting me without any reason daily, he should always behave and treat me in nice good and respectful manner. He should be harmonius with me always he should stop behaving with me in rude, hostile and harsh manner permanently
